Governing the usage, contractual obligations, and regulatory framework of the Trakham operational ecosystem.
Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions constitutes a legally binding agreement between Trakham Inc. and the individual or business entity accessing our Services. By creating a Trakham account, you affirm that you have the full legal capacity to enter into this contract.
Usage of the software without a subscription beyond the trial period is strictly prohibited. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, you must cease all use of Trakham immediately and delete your account data.
Billing & Fees
A. Subscription Modeling
Access to the Trakham Operating System is predicated on active licensing. Fees are structured on a per-branch or per-user basis. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly stated.
B. Payment & Late Fees
Billing cycles initiate on the anniversary of your first transaction. Failure to process payments within 7 business days will result in temporary service suspension. Reactivation requires settlement of outstandings.

TRAKHAM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or that the reports generated meet all specific tax filing requirements.
IN NO EVENT SHALL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE REVENUE GENERATED FROM YOUR ACCOUNT OVER THE PRECEDING THREE MONTHS.
Termination
This agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party. Trakham reserves the right to terminate access with 30 days notice for any reason, or immediately for material breaches of conduct.
